ABOUT ME
Coming from the business world in an international and multicultural environment, I reoriented my professional career towards Transactional Analysis in 2018. Transactional Analysis is an approach which has been developed by Eric Berne in the last century and which has largely proven itself in therapeutic support. This practice aims to explore the interactions (transactions) that we have with ourselves, with others and in our relationship to the world.
With the help of the therapist, this approach engages clients in their own change by exploring their functioning, their history, in brief, everything that has contributed to becoming the person they are today.
Eric Berne starts from the principle that every human being is capable of healing from their illnesses and being an active actor in their own change. To do this, the therapist helps the client find solutions and internal resources to face and overcome life difficulties in the long term.
Years of practicing Transactional Analysis demonstrate that an in-depth transformation of beliefs and behaviors allows people to gain autonomy and continue to grow and flourish.
I work within the Psychotherapy Group Practice in Versailles alongside other therapists and practitioners.
